Akshat Jain M.D., M.P.H. is a renowned global Hematology Oncology and Stem Cell Therapy specialist currently faculty of Clinical Medicine and Pediatrics at the Loma Linda University in Southern California.

He is the recipient of the numerous awards and accolades most notably among which were the 2022 California Senate Resolution in his name for excellence and service in medicine , Honorary Fellowship to the Royal College of Medicine (Edinburgh) U.K., 2015 New York (Nassau County) Top Civilian award and more recently chosen as the Top Doctor 2020,2023 award in his specialty of Pediatric Hematology Oncology and Stem Cell Transplantation. For his original contributions to the science of stem cell therapy and red blood cell disorders that have been internationally cited, Dr. Jain has lectured globally and is a sought after scientific speaker in the field of hematology, oncology and pediatric medicine.

Dr. Jain serves as advisor on a diverse group of international organizations such as American Academy of Pediatrics, American Society of Pediatric Hematology Oncology, Hofstra University School of Health Professions, Loma Linda University School of Medicine Clinical Faculty Council, American Cancer Society Global Taskforce on Pediatric Cancers, World Health Organization-Southeast Asia for Maternal and Child Health Initiatives.
An experienced researcher, Dr Jain has extensive experience in clinical trial design and implementation from Phase 1-4 studies and has served as global and national principal investigator on many groundbreaking clinical trials since 2011.Dr. Jain serves as a reviewer for several well-known journals, has been a past editor of AAPI Journal, and is an Editorial Board member for the International Journal of Hematology Research. He has authored numerous articles in peer reviewed journals and presented his research at scientific meetings worldwide.

Dr. Jain has practiced clinical medicine for over 15 years in over three continents and runs his nonprofit Prarabdha, still based out of New York City to assist developing countries by sending medical supplies and health share public health programs, in enjoys writing in his free time. Dr Jain's piece's in Medical Fiction and Medical Humanism have been widely published and internationally revered.
